Circa 1840. Quality William IV mahogany fold-over table. The rectangular swivel top in quality figured Spanish mahogany opening to matched quality mahogany base over frieze with foliate carving and Rococo scrolls. Supported on a bulbous, ring-turned stem over four cabriole legs with acanthus carved toes. Would make an attractive neat-sized hall or side table. These tables cost nearly double this price 10 years ago!
