Georgian Antiques complies with all GDPR legislation as introduced on 25 May 2018. Any information collected by Georgian Antiques is processed and collected in accordance with this legislation, and is collected via online forms, email, telephone or in person.
We may ask you for your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is collected and used to provide you with accurate delivery quotes or for processing sales invoices. With your consent, we will also securely provide our couriers with your details. We can direct you to their respective privacy policies upon request.

You may request to with-hold any of this information, or can ask for it to be removed (or reviewed) at any time. Please contact us in writing via the email and address as listed below.

We produce regular e-newsletters informing our subscribers on latest events and updates, and if you subscribe to this we securely store your email and name in an online database.

You can request to be removed from this at any time via the ‘unsubscribe’ link attached to each newsletter, or by contacting us in writing at info@georgianantiques.net.

Security of information

We aim to comply with the requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Acts (1984, 1998) and with GDPR legislation (2018) regarding data security. We take all reasonable precautions to protect all personal data users may input via our website (or any antiques platforms that we are represented, or conduct sales on) however we cannot be responsible for any data which is intercepted by unauthorised persons.
