Description
Circa 1830, William IV adjustable reading table in figured Spanish mahogany. The rectangular top with moulded edges has two adjustable lift up reading slides, all supported on an octagonal tapering column. This is on a shaped plinth with neat bun feet, containing hidden castors, and the top elevates by a brass ratchet from 78 cm to 105 cm.
