Description
Circa 1920. A stylish carved alabaster font, the octagonal shaped body with a raised sloping fore-edge hollowed to the centre, three of the faces are carved and gilded, supported on a faceted stem, resting on a flat base with moulded edge. Could be used for keys or fruit.
