Description
Circa 1900. An unusual folding X framed folio stand. Profusely carved in teak, depicting mythical heads, dragons with fish scales carved on both sides, the hinged X frame section has foliate carving on the base which follows the same form as the top. All resting on four triangular shaped feet. The stand has excellent colour and patination.
