Description
Circa 1800, late George III mahogany oval Pembroke table. The solid mahogany top has a caddy edge and shallow oval flaps. At one end there is a drawer with 2 gilded cast brass handles with a lion mask face and oak liners. There is a dummy drawer on the other side with similar handles. The table stands on square tapering legs and finish with a raised square tapering brass cup and a simple brass castor. The table is neat size, retaining its original mahogany wooden hinges beneath.
