A quality George II walnut hand chair, the shaped cresting rail with paper fold to the top and sides, with a pierced tapering splat, with a drop in seat with hand stitched needle point upholstery and a simple chair rail, shaped on the front, the visible peg joints on front and sides, the cabriole back legs with quarter blocks finishing on a stylish pad foot, the elegant front legs with foliate carving on the knees and quarter blocks finishing on a very stylish foot.
