Description
Circa 1860. Exceptional quality Victorian free standing rosewood library table. The shaped top in beautiful figured Brazilian mahogany with a lovely patina and original colour, above a beaded frieze containing a drawer with leathered writing slope. All supported at the sides on fine foliate-carved open trestles connected by an acanthus carved shaped stretcher over foliate-carved cabriole supports with hidden castors.
