Description
Circa 1840. Attractive Dutch tall, inlaid mahogany chest of drawers. The breakfront top with a moulded fore edge above six long drawers with solid oak linings, satinwood, boxwood inlay around a central shell inlay and with original gilt brass (ormolu) circular handles and neo-classical style escutcheons. The drawers flanked by columns with inlaid bell flower chains and the chest with panels containing inlaid shells. All standing on tall inlaid feet.
