Description
Circa 1860. 19th-century Gainsborough-style mahogany-framed, upholstered armchair. The arched upholstered back in embroidered period-style fabric with wear, above the partial upholstered arms on bellflower carved, shaped supports and generous overstuffed seat. Supported on cabriole front legs with acanthus-carved knees and pad feet and outswept rear legs terminating on pad feet.
