Description
Circa 1920s. An unusual padouk side table by’ Whytock & Reid of Edinburgh’. The top in fine figured padouk with a moulded fore-edge and a small upright to the back, with a concave frieze to the front and sides, the table rests on four elegant cabriole legs with solid quarter blocks terminating on a stylized Lorimeresque (Sir Robert Lorimer) pad foot with foliate carving.
