Description
Circa 1860, rare Victorian satinwood fold over games table. As it is freestanding it could be used as a centre table. The shaped top is in figured satinwood and has a moulded edge over a shaped frieze, which swivels and opens to reveal a green baize lined interior with guinea wells and a hidden mahogany lined drawer. The cabriole supports have gilt bronze caryatid mounts and extend down to sabots.
