Description
Circa 1860. Mid Victorian carved and gilded overmantel mirror, the top surmounted by a profusely carved and pierced foliate garland with asymmetric sections continuing onto the top and sides, all the facings with multiple mouldings with great colour and patination, the base with small foliate carving to the sides, resting on an enclosed gilded slip. The replaced mirror with no blemished whatsoever.
