Description
Circa 1870. A stylish and unusual burr walnut occasional table with a revolving section beneath; the circular top in quarter-matching burr walnut, with simple moulded fore-edge, resting on a classic fluted and tapering stem, with a three-part shaped revolving section beneath, each with elegant elongated balustrades supporting a simple turned rail with access from the shaped ends, all supported on three profusely carved cabriole legs with foliate carving on the knees and C scrolls to the underside, finishing on a block foot with a rondel on the top and carving on the sides.
