Circa 1890. Set of four Qing dynasty Hongmu and burr hardwood nest of tables. The rectangular tops with moulded sides containing beautifully figured burr hardwood panels over open foliate friezes with vine and grape carvings, Supported on square tapering legs with shaped cross stretchers. Excellent condition with a lovely colour and patina. Largest table –
