Description
Circa 1880. A set of 9 Gillows-style oak-framed upholstered chairs, the upholstered curved backs supported on turned uprights with a large stuffed over seat, with beading beneath the fabric, resting on turned legs with the back ones slightly out swept at the base, all are braced by conforming turned stretchers, finishing on a bun foot with brown porcelain castors beneath.
