Description
Circa 1810. Set of rare7 Regency pollard oak and elm dining chairs. Including two carvers with scrolled arms on shaped uprights and five single chairs. The broad top pollard oak rails with beaded decorations and acanthus carved sides above a lower foliate carved rails supported on curved uprights. The lift out seats covered in a quality tapestry in perfect condition. With moulded seat rails over sabre front legs and outswept rear supports. Beautiful colour and patina and all in excellent order.
