Circa 1820. An interesting mahogany and brass Regency side cabinet. The top in mellow figured mahogany with boxwood string inlay and a stylish moulded fore-edge, the elegant frieze with three drawers, each with a pair of cast brass knob handles with stylish back plates. Beneath this is a large pair of doors with brass trellis work with brass flower heads on the intersections, with pleated fabric backing. Beneath the doors is a moulding similar to the top, all resting on four realistic carved mahogany animal feet.
