Description
Circa 1870. Quality 19th-century, Irish Georgian-style carved giltwood tall mirror. The wonderfully carved pediment with open Rococo C scroll and acanthus foliate carvings around a mythical bearded warrior. The carved mirror frame with Celtic knots above a shaped base with a neo-classical carved shell within a foliate background. The mirror retains its original plate.
