Description
Circa 1840. Quality pair of early Victorian oak hall chairs. The shaped solid backs with moulded rims, shell-carved crests, Rococo scrolls and more centrally a heraldic shield. The shaped serpentine fronted solid seat above a simple seat rail and tapering ring turned front legs and out swept tapering rear supports.
