Description
Circa 1900, unusual polished steel circular bucket. With a polished lifting handle held in place by 2 upright brackets which are riveted to the side of the barrel. Riveted in 4 locations with 2 large straps and a makers plaque to the centre (attached with copper rivets) and standing on an enclosed circular plinth.
