Description
Circa 1880 with adaptations. Pair of figured elm Victorian neat-size open bookcases. The tops in a beautifully figured elm with a moulded FORE-edge above a figured elm frieze. the bookcases, each with three adjustable shelves flanked by simple pilasters. All supported on moulded enclosed plinth bases. The simple lines of these bookcases would suite a traditional or a modern room setting.
