Description
Circa 1860. Mid Victorian arched gilded wall or overmantel mirror. The moulded frame with outer stippling and neoclassical foliate decoration by a deeper moulding and further foliate decorations, and a fluted slip over a simple base with moulded convex sides on small ball feet. The original mercury mirror plate with some localised (desirable) foxing. Original panelled pine back.
