Description
Circa 1930. Mahogany oval Chippendale-style footstool. The top is upholstered in a quality burgundy hide with brass studding, with a moulded seat rail and gadroon carved frieze supported on cabriole legs with acanthus carved knees and deeply carved ball and claw feet. Bearing label “Robson Cabinetmakers, Newcastle”.
