Circa 1860. Impressive pair of mid-Victorian oak throne or hall chairs. The arched backs on fluted supports with a deep buttoned upholstered panel and upholstered curved arms. The deep buttoned seats (needs reupholstery) over fluted seat rails and tapering turned front legs with original brass and brown porcelain castors, and out swept rear supports. Nice colour and patina.
