Circa 1790. Impressive George III inlaid mahogany bureau bookcase. Surmounted by a broken arch pediment over a moulded cornice and inlaid frieze, the twin astragal glazed doors with original glazing open to three adjustable bookshelves. The bureau with an inlaid flap opening to outstanding interior with inlaid doors, pigeon holes and a secret drawer over 4 graduated inlaid drawers with oval brass handles, all supported on a moulded base and bracket feet. Was £4500 now £3950.
