Description
Circa 1830. A monumental William IV carved and gilded overmantel mirror. The moulded top with a concave and egg and dart mouldings. The bevel edge mirror contained in an ebonized ribbed slip, this has a curved pilaster above it and 2 either side, all with foliate carving in the center and at each end, with a gilded fish scale pattern. The gilded base follows the form of the frame.
