Description

Circa 1825.   A quality George IV Rosewood turnover card table of diminutive proportions, the rectangular top in finely figured rosewood with simple fore-edge, is hinged and swivels and opens to reveal a felt-lined interior, crossbanded in rosewood with small storage beneath the top, with a beaded frieze, supported on a tapering rosewood octagonal column, on a concave quatrefoil platform base with a circular bezel, resting on four squat bun feet with original concealed castors.
