Description
Circa 1840. An early Victorian mahogany side table of generous proportions, the solid top in finely figured mahogany with rounded corners, moulded fore edge and a small upstand to the back, the frieze with a pair of full-length drawers, each with turned knob handles and ash lining (indicating quality and Scottish made), resting on a pair of pierced trestle ends sitting on elongated platform base, braced by a shaped stretcher, all supported on large squat bun feet with concealed castors.
