Description
Circa 1850. An early Victorian carved and gilded oval mirror. The top is surmounted with gilded ribbon forming a bow and trailing to the sides, the outer edge of the frame with profusely carved acorns, leaves, berries and flower-heads with other concave, gilded and carved sections, retaining its original oval bevel edge mirror with some slight speckling. All in excellent condition.
