Circa 1870. An unusual stylish mid-Victorian cast-iron stick stand. With the figure with a bag of corn on his back resting on a plinth with a ribbon beneath it embossed with the word ‘Reaper’. There is a curved rail for retaining the sticks, and in the base, a shaped removable drip tray, which follows the form of the stand, with further beadings and finishing on two squat decorative feet.
