Description
Circa 1810. Set of six inlaid mahogany Regency dining chairs including two carvers. The shaped backs with a boxwood and ebony inlaid top rail flanked by ring turned columns above fluted and inlaid pierced spars over a fluted lower rail, all supported on shaped fluted uprights. The upholstery, including tapestry coverings on the two carvers in excellent condition. All supported on square tapering legs with H stretcher. Lovely colour and patina and all sturdy.
