Description
Circa 1790. Finest quality Scottish serpentine front mahogany serving table in figured Spanish mahogany with lovely colour and patina. With a tall cast neo-classical brass gallery surmounted by finials above the serpentine front stage. The sideboard with a moulded foredge over 3 frieze drawers with cock beads, quarter-cut oak liners, original iron locks and cast brass circular ring handles; all supported on square tapering supports with spade toes.
