Circa 1860, unusual mid Victorian burr walnut and inlaid snap top occasional table. The top has burr walnut veneers and a central marquetry panel with floral designed inlay. It has a simple ogee moulded edge and a block with a snap top action beneath the top. Unusually it has a clustered column leg which opens to form a basket shape, with a central column beneath it. Standing on 3 cabriole legs attached to an unusual veneered burr walnut column, finishing on a scrolling toe.
