Description
Circa 1835. A quality matched pair of rosewood William IV hand chairs. The stylish shaped and carved backs with elegant carved back rail. The chairs have large stuff over seats, one chair with a serpentine front and the other a straight front, simple seat rails and back legs are slightly out swept, standing on wonderful turned and tulip shaped legs. Both chairs stamped to the underside ‘H GEE.’
