Description
Circa 1870. An unusual pair of Victorian portraits. The unfinished portraits of a lady and gent, each contained in a carved gesso frame, the primitive paintings with a stylish gilt slip, glazed on the front with the frames been overpainted, with Rococo styling and carved gesso throughout.
