Circa 1860. A quality pair of mid-Victorian walnut and burr walnut bedside cabinets (adapted). The tops with beautiful quarter matched burr-walnut, with a simple shaped ledge finished in burr-walnut, with a moulded fore-edge, the front with a full-length drawer with a foliate carved pull handle, beneath this a full-length door with an arched panel center and a knob handle, all in the finest burr-walnut. The fore edges of the bedsides are rounded and finished in burr walnut, beneath the door there is a simple moulding and both cabinets rest on an enclosed burr walnut plinths.
