Description
Circa 1890. An unusual and stylish four tier oak open bookcase. The top shelf with raised back and tall curved ends, the facings on the shelves are numbered, perhaps for reference or encyclopedias. Each of the shelves held in place by a true dowel and peg, which are visible, the bookcase has two solid gables with a small arch in the bottom forming the feet.
