Description
Circa 1840. Neat-sized Regency gilt overmantel beveled-edge mirror. With a part ebonized pediment above a gilded cornice with doubles pillars and horizontal column with acanthus clasps to the sides. The three beveled mirrors with fluted ebonized slips; the glazing in reasonable condition (some “foxing” to the side mirrors) over a matching double breakfront base on a small, ebonized plinth. Retains original gilding and overall, in excellent condition.
