Description
Circa 1900. A large, stained bentwood hall stand (probably by Thonet). The top surmounted by a stylish finial with eight curling sections on the top and eight shaped hooks beneath, held in place by two circular bands of bentwood. All supported on a cluster column with two large circular apertures towards the base for holding the sticks, supported on stylish and elegant bentwood, forming a center supports, curving and bracing in 4 positions and eventually downward, forming four hipped feet finishing on shaped block feet.
