Description
Circa 1900. Inlaid mahogany Art Nouveau bedside cabinet. The shaped top with an unusual raised back supported by a ribbed shaped solid bracket. The full-length door with a large inlaid oval panel opening to a single shelf and a maker’s label “James Philip and Sons, Union Street Bristol.” The base with a moulding which continues around the sides. The cabinet stands on four short square tapering legs.
