Description
Circa 1900, Georgian style figured walnut fold-over games table. The serpentine-fronted top with outswept corners in quarter-veneered figured walnut revolves and opens to a banded interior with a floral and playing card decorated tapestry lining and figured walnut guinea wells at the corners. It has a cross banded frieze and is supported by deeply carved cabriole legs with acanthus and floral decorations to the knees, finishing on ball and claw feet.
