Description
Circa 1900, George III style mahogany swivel mirror. Over the top there is a curved section which finishes with a stylish finial. There are 2 axe head drops holding the mirror in position and the frame of the bevelled edged mirror has a carved pattern that continues around the whole facing. Beneath the mirror there is a cross stretcher to give the mirror stability and below is a second shaped stretcher. From this the whole piece stands on 4 stylish pad feet which splay like a sofa table at the front and the back. The mirror has great style, colour and quality.
