Description
Circa 1780. A George III mahogany serpentine front sideboard, the top with a stylish brass gallery which rises to a height of 34 centimeters, the serpentine front in finest figured mahogany with a deep fore-edge, the front with a small drawer in the center and shaped apron beneath, flanked by a pair of double faux drawers, the one on the right is fitted out for wine bottles, the other has a removable tray, all the handles have cast brass back plates with circular and engraved ring handles, resting on six square tapering legs finishing with spayed toe.
