Description
Circa 1860. A French Second Empire circular dining table. The top in segmented rich flame mahogany, pulls out top takes one extra leaf, with a simple fore-edge, ogee shaped frieze with fine beading beneath. The table rests on a stylish and elegant turned and ring turned stem, issuing three braced carved cabriole legs with foliate carving on the sides with fluting separating the legs, finishing on curled feet.
