Description
Circa 1900. Quality mahogany floor standing two tier bookrest, the solid shaped gables with pierced lifting handles to the sides, each with two sloping racks for holding the books, with the joints covered by mahogany rondels on the sides, finished on cut out fretted feet. Good colour and patination, clean and sturdy.
