Description
Circa 1920. Exceptional quality George II style burr walnut chest of drawers. The top in mirror-matched quartered, finely figured burr walnut and with a shaped front and carved moulding over three drawers with mirror matched burr walnut fronts and cast brass handles. The top drawer with baize lined fittings (can be removed) over a neat moulded base with a scallop shell carved apron and supported on superbly carved cabriole legs with ball and claw feet.
