Description
Circa 1900, Chinese quartetto of hongmu occasional tables. The 4 tables have a wonderful mellow colour with a faux bamboo frame. The apron with open fretwork of carved cherry blossom continues on all 4 sides. The tables are polished on all sides and freestanding. All the tables have cross stretchers on the sides and the back, except for the smallest table which has stretchers on all sides. All of the tables are clean and sturdy and very stylish.
