Description
Circa 1880. A stylish French and marble clock garniture, with a stylish circular dial with Roman numerals, the spring driven twin tray movement striking on a bell and stamped ‘Samuel Marti’ contained in a bronze case modelled with reclining putti, engraved to the rear ‘Pigalle’, raised on a variegated marble base with adjustable feet together with a pair of putti, resting on similar marble bases.
