Description
Circa 1860. A quality harlequin set of 10 Scottish Victorian beech balloon back dining chairs. Classic balloon back with foliate carving on the bottom with extended C scrolls on the inside, the recently reupholstered drop in seats on a serpentine fronted seat rail. Back legs are slightly out swept, front legs are turned and tapering. The chairs have excellent colour and are clean and sturdy.
